Policy (Terms & Conditions)

You are deemed to have read, understood, agreed and accepted the terms and conditions below BEFORE you:
submit your request of booking, or
make the payment upon confirmation of booking, or
stay at the accommodation you have booked.

No arguement/ appeal/ claim will be entertained thereafter.

Rental Charges
All rental charges in Vnet are inclusive of service charges, unless otherwise stated.
Booking of items outside our agency is subjected to 10% service charge.
Please refer to seasons calendar for the category of applicable rate.
Surcharge on extra pax will be applied according to rates respectively.

Booking & Payment
All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Booking is by REQUEST on first-come-first-served basis.
Request made less than 24 hours prior to check-in time may be rejected.
Down-payment is required within 1 hour upon approval or successful booking.
Reservation Confirmation Slip (RCS) will be issued upon receipt of the proof of FULL payment only.
Full-payment is required for booking made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
Balance payment, if any, shall be made any time before the 14 days prior
to arrival
or the booking shall be regarded as VOID and all booking payments
may be forfeited as well.

Cooling Period
You may have 90% refund of the payment made if you cancel your booking within 24 hours.
The "24-hour" shall begin from the time of rental request submission.
No Refund is allowed for cancellation request made after the cooling period.
Cooling Period is NOT applicable for following situations:
Services or charges less than RM600.
Your arrival or event is coming in less than 3 working days.

Postpone or Changes in Confirmed Booking
Request for changes in a confirmed booking will not be entertained within
the 14 days period prior to arrival/event date.
Changing of bungalow is NOT allowed at any time.
Request to postpone is allowed only with written notice not less than forteen (14) days
prior to initial arrival/event date.
New arrival date must be within 3 months from your initial arrival date.
An admin fee of 10% (minimum RM50) will be imposed for any approved postpone, change or amendment.

Cancellation
Cancellation fee, equivalent to all payments made, will be imposed in the events of cancellation at any time.

Checking-in
Standard check-in time is between 2:30pm - 3:00pm.
Checking-in early is subjected to availability and approval.
A refundable security deposit (RM100~RM300) is required before key collection.
The act of checking-in indicates total acceptance of the house, no complains will
    be entertained thereafter.

Towels and Personal Care Consumables
Please take note that you shall bring your own towels and all personal care consumables (soap, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste, etc) as they are NOT provided in the Vhomes.

House Rules & Regulations
The owner/care-taker/representative has all rights on the house.
All intructions shall be followed accordingly.
The number of pax in the house shall not be exceeded at all time.
No pet are allowed in all accommodations as all units are NOT pet friendly.
Tenants shall keep the house tidy and clean at all time.
Tenants are liable for any damages done onto the house or any items in the house.
The caretaker (or key-holder) has all rights to charge (or forfeit key-deposit) if the house is found too dirty and messy.

Checking-out
Check-out time is strictly 12:00pm.
Checking-out late is subjected to availablity and approval. Fees may be applied.

Satisfaction & Complains
Though we made best effort to reveal the original scenes of the accomodations via our website, we, VNET do not guarantee your satisfaction in any accommodation you have booked. Therefore, we, VNET do not entertain any complains or claims nor refund any money eventhough unsatisfactory arises. The guest shall be responsible for his/her own judgements and decisions.
All pictures and photos displayed on our website are for illustration purpose only.

Losses, Damages & Injuries
Staying at any of the holiday accommodations are solely at your own risk. Neither VNET nor the accommodation management shall be responsible or liale for any losses, damages or injuries occur during your stay.

Amendments of Terms & Conditions
VNET reserves all rights to amend/update any prices, specifications, photos, terms and conditions without prior notice.
